Non-Refundable Bookings

All bookings are strictly non-refundable once confirmed. This is because the Globe Girlies Team pays for flights, accommodation, and other travel arrangements immediately and upfront.

Personal Belongings

The Globe Girlies Team is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal belongings during the trip. Travellers are responsible for their own possessions at all times.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is not included in the cost of any Globe Girlies trip. We strongly recommend that all travellers arrange their own comprehensive travel insurance prior to departure or contact Moodboard & Co for any help.

Third-Party Providers & ATOL Protection

Travel services, including flights and transport, are booked through third-party providers. Any delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by these providers are outside the direct control of the Globe Girlies Team.
Globe Girlies is ATOL protected. Any refunds or compensation received from third-party providers will be distributed accordingly, and all relevant third-party procedures will be followed.

Trip Group Chat

A WhatsApp group chat will be created prior to departure — typically group chats are made as soon as trips have been announced, you will be added as soon as you book. This chat will be used to share final details, important updates, and fun planning (including outfit coordination).

Travel Coordination

All travel arrangements included in the advertised itinerary are managed by the Globe Girlies Team. Tickets and/or boarding passes will be shared in the WhatsApp group chat once online check-in opens, usually 24 hours before departure, in line with airline policies.

Extended Stays

If you choose to extend your stay beyond the agreed Globe Girlies itinerary, this is done entirely at your own risk. The Globe Girlies Team is not responsible for any additional flights, accommodation, transfers, or return arrangements outside of the original booking, if you would like help with any additional flights, accommodation or transfers, please contact Moodboard & Co.
